Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PrimeContractorOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PrimeContractorOS is operated by Reed Solutions, LLC, a California limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators, team members, and subcontractor users.
Service Description
PrimeContractorOS is a cloud-based platform for managing government contracting operations, including opportunity tracking, proposal development, contract management, financial tracking, and team collaboration. The platform is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced). Features and capabilities vary by plan level.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate company information during registration. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring appropriate use of the platform within their organization.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates published on our pricing page. Each workspace receives one 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PrimeContractorOS, including opportunity records, proposal content, contract documents, financial data, and any uploaded files. Reed Solutions, LLC does not claim ownership of your content. We access your data only as necessary to provide platform services and technical support.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PrimeContractorOS only for lawful purposes related to government contracting operations. You may not use the platform to store classified information, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or resell access to the platform without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
PrimeContractorOS is provided as a management tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Reed Solutions, LLC is not liable for contract award decisions, compliance determinations, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the platform. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable regulations and contract requirements.
