PrimeContractorOS collects information you provide directly when creating an account and using our platform. This includes your name, email address, company information (company name, UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes), and any data you enter into the platform such as opportunity details, proposal content, contract information, and financial records.

We also automatically collect usage data including login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and browser/device information to improve our service and provide technical support.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve PrimeContractorOS services, including: operating your workspace, processing transactions, sending service communications, providing customer support, and improving platform features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your contract data, proposal content, and financial information are used solely to provide platform functionality.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and regular security audits. All data is stored in US-based data centers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting [email protected].

Third-Party Services

PrimeContractorOS uses third-party services for authentication (Manus OAuth), cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not share your contract content or financial data with third parties except as necessary to provide platform functionality.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may export your data through the platform's export features or by contacting our support team. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
