Dashboard Overview
The PrimeContractorOS dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your entire contracting operation. See pipeline value, active contracts, upcoming deadlines, and financial health. Stat cards use color coding: navy for general metrics, green for positive trends, amber for items needing attention, and red for critical issues or overdue items.
Opportunity Pipeline
Track opportunities through stages: Identified → Qualified → Bid/No-Bid → Pursuing → Submitted → Won/Lost. Each opportunity card shows the agency, solicitation number, estimated value, response deadline, set-aside type, and NAICS code. Filter by stage, agency, value, or deadline to focus on what matters most.
Proposal Workspace
The proposal workspace provides a structured environment for developing compliant proposals. Create sections aligned with solicitation requirements (Technical Approach, Management Plan, Past Performance, Price Volume). Use the compliance matrix to ensure every requirement is addressed. Collaborate with team members in real-time with version history.
Contract Management
Once a contract is awarded, PrimeContractorOS helps you manage performance. Track CLINs, deliverables, milestones, and modifications. Set up recurring deliverable reminders. Monitor period of performance dates and option years. Link invoices to specific CLINs for accurate financial tracking.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate reports on pipeline health, win rates, revenue by contract, and team workload. Export data for external analysis or DCAA audits. Custom dashboards let you focus on the metrics that matter most to your business.
