Free Trial
Every new workspace receives one 7-day free trial with full access to all features of your selected plan. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial, you can explore all platform capabilities, import data, and invite team members. Only one trial is allowed per workspace.
Choosing a Plan
PrimeContractorOS offers three plans: Starter ($99/month) for new contractors, Growth ($299/month) for expanding firms, and Advanced ($799/month) for established contractors with complex needs. Compare features on our Pricing page to find the right fit. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual subscriptions. Invoices are generated monthly and available in your billing settings. For government purchase cards (P-cards), contact our support team for special billing arrangements.
Subscription Management
Manage your subscription from Settings > Billing. View your current plan, next billing date, payment history, and update payment methods. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Annual Billing Discount
Save 15% by switching to annual billing. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the discounted rate. Contact [email protected] to switch to annual billing or to discuss custom enterprise pricing for organizations with multiple workspaces.
